4th Annual National Users Conference
Patriot Properties would like to thank all of our clients, prospective clients and business partners for
attending our Fourth Annual Spring User's Conference in beautiful Hilton Head Island, South Carolina on
March 28 to 30, 2006 at the Hilton Head Marriott Beach & Golf Resort. The conference was very well
attended and we received many compliments on the educational sessions, social events and facilities. Over
80 users were in attendance from Patriot jurisdictions all over the country as well as representatives
from Patriot business partners including Lyles Data Systems, Woolpert, Causeway Data Communications (Spatialist product)
and Marshall & Swift. There were many Patriot staff members in attendance as well and the company was once
again very pleased with all aspects of the conference.
We had many different educational sessions on topics such as GIS, AssessPro record card and calculations,
use of the Marshall & Swift Cost Module in AssessPro, CollectPro, Spatialest and it's complimentary use with
AssessPro, SketchPro, Income Approach, Comparable Sales and the Analysis Module, AssessPro Tablet Interfaces as well
as breakout sessions. The sessions were led by Patriot staff members, experienced Patriot clients and Patriot
business partners and there was excellent interaction between the presenters and the attendees.
The break out sessions were full and afforded the attendees an opportunity to meet one on one or in small
groups with both Patriot staff members and clients regardless of their experience level with our applications.
The weather throughout the week was great and we were able to have some of the social events outdoors. The social
events were fun and the facilities at the Hilton Head Marriott were outstanding. Patriot Properties is considering
returning the conference to the same location in 2007 and we welcome feedback on all aspects of the conference from
our clients and users.
We look forward to seeing all of the attendees in 2007 as well as many of our existing and new clients that
could not make it to the event this year.
