Patriot Properties held a fall users conference on December 1, 2004 at the Delaney House in Holyoke Ma. Over 80 Patriot users from all over New England attended the conference which featured educational sessions instructed by Patriot staff members and breakout sessions on a variety of topics. The main presentation included a comprehensive look at various ways of developing and reporting "Growth" for Massachusetts municipalities. The breakout sessions included Reports, Sales Comparison, Income Approach, Database Management, Sketching and a demonstration of the new Billing and Collections software which will be available this spring in time for Fiscal 2006 preliminary tax bills. There was a delicious buffet lunch served at midday followed by a client question and answer period. The day was completed with a repeat of the breakout sessions to enable clients to cover multiple topics. The client feedback on both the presentations and the facilities was overwhelmingly positive and will prompt us to hold additional future events in western Massachusetts. We encourage all of our clients and users to attend our educational sessions for additional training and information on all of our software programs and services. MAAO Credits are sometimes available for members that attend our educational sessions.
