Patriot Properties Signs AssessPro AP5 Implementation Contract with Cleveland County OK
Patriot Properties has signed a conversion, implementation and upgrade contract with Cleveland County OK to provide AssessPro AP5, the most versatile and powerful Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) application available in the tax assessment industry. The Cleveland County Assessor’s Office is based in Norman OK and manages 106,000 Real and 10,000 personal property parcels. The project will include converting the current Cleveland County assessment database from the RealWare CAMA system into AssessPro by the end of 2014 in time to go live for January 1, 2015. AssessPro AP5, which takes full advantage of Microsoft.Net framework and includes all of the functionality and valuation modules of the “classic” AssessPro application, has improved and rich technological, valuation module, security, user interface, multi-year, tracking, installation, reporting, back up, management and performance features. Patriot will work closely with the Cleveland County assessing staff to customize and configure the versatile AP5 software to meet local and state business and statutory requirements during the implementation and the conversion of the existing CAMA databases. Cleveland County joins the counties of Garfield, Osage, Payne and Pottawatomie as AssessPro AP5 Oklahoma users. At the completion of these projects Patriot will have the new AP5 application implemented in Massachusetts, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida and Oklahoma.
