Cleveland County OK Goes Live with AP5!

Patriot Properties is very pleased to announce that Cleveland County Oklahoma has gone into a live production environment at the end of May with AssessPro AP5, the most comprehensive and versatile CAMA system available in today’s market. This important project involved converting all of the critical County assessment data from the RealWare system into our newest version of AssessPro, AP5 which is built utilizing the latest Microsoft .Net technology. Cleveland County is joining Garfield County as our first Oklahoma customers to implement and utilize AP5 with its unique database architecture which maintains all years of assessment data and property characteristics in a single database. This unique functionality and design is particularly important and efficient for Oklahoma property tax jurisdictions.

Patriot CEO Jim McCathern commented: “We are very proud of the Patriot and Cleveland County staffs commitment to this project in meeting the goals of an on time and on budget CAMA application implementation. There was extensive project planning and a lot of hard work put in by both staffs to meet the aggressive project schedule and we could not be more pleased with the success of this project. Assessor David Tinsley and the Cleveland County Assessor’s Office had a need to move quickly to replace their prior CAMA application and proved to be an ideal choice as an initial partner to implement AP5 in Oklahoma. Many of our existing and prospective customers in Oklahoma have been monitoring our progress and we look forward to upgrading and implementing AP5 throughout Oklahoma in the near future”.

The Cleveland County Oklahoma Property Assessor’s Office manages approximately 106,000 parcels of real property and 10,000 personal property accounts from their offices in Norman OK.
