SQA ENGINEER
As a critical SQA engineer, you will closely with the CTO, Tech leads and Product Management mapping the application migration from a manual to a test automation environment. . You will be expected to ramp up quickly and thrive and in a fast-paced environment developing award winning software in a market with explosive growth. You will be working with a group of seasoned engineers in an entrepreneurial like environment within a very successful organization. You will be instrumental in making recommendations about automation tools and frameworks. Primary focus is on the front end/forms based U/I of a family of .Net/SQL based products. This is not a management role, a totally hand's on opportunity to design and deliver a complete SQA solutions.

Team Requirements:
• 5+ years of Software Testing/QA experience
• Scripting experience
• Automation experience using industry leading tools like Test
Complete, QTP, IBM Functional Tester, WinRunner etc.
• Experience designing and implementing complex manual and automated test plans
• Develop, execute and maintain automation test scripts, utilities, open source tools etc.
• Standardize QA tools and process based on SQA standards and best practices
• Experience with test management, planning, test execution and monitoring
• Ability to write SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting
• BS degree C.S/Engineering or equivalent

Business Analyst - IT/Software
We are looking for a self-starter and effective collaborator with the ability to understand complex customer requirement and translate them into effective product requirements and functional specifications. You will have the ability to create and drive the process while working closely with the CTO, Software Development Manager and Director of Business Analysis.

Team Requirements:
• A minimum of five years demonstrated experience defining software product requirements and functional specifications.
• Superior analytical abilities with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft .Net technologies
• SQL experience highly preferred .queries, views, scripts etc.
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
• Interest/experience improving and optimizing product development process
• Effective use of tools/technology for collaboration, documentation and tracking
• BS degree Business Administration, Computer Science, Information
Technology etc.

C# .NET Engineer
