Set the filter to LUC@SALE = 101, 104, 105, 109 - add to criteria, a set of tabs
are displayed to allow for ratios and how it should be sorted. This NEW folder will
allow you to run Residuals within the application and NOT have to open Crystal Reports.
- NBCMRes - LUC's and sorts that were used for Grand
- If you are using ZONING as the prime site and everything else is EXCESS. You must
run residuals for parcels less than or equal to the zone, and another group of residuals
for lots greater than the zone.
