Patriot Properties, Inc. hosted its 2nd Annual National User's Group Conference in Singer Island, Florida. The attendance of 120 people far exceeded our expectations. Educational classes and breakout sessions gave clients an opportunity to learn about new and existing products and ask questions. Fun was had by all at our social events as well.
The Conference started with a product demonstration session for Prospective Clients on Wednesday morning. Our existing customer base joined the morning session group for lunch on Wednesday.
Wednesday afternoon included Client Presentations and a Tablet PC demonstration. We would like to thank all of our presenters for a job well done! A outdoor cocktail reception completed the first day of the Conference.
Thursday was a full day of educational seminars and break out sessions. Topics discussed in the breakout sessions included: Comparable Sales, Sales Analysis, Condos, Reports and Data Entry functions. The seminars discussed Appeals, Florida Trim Roll Process, Sketching and Transfer Land Application.
We concluded a full day of classes with a wonderful dinner and dancing at the Sugar Cane Bistro in Jupiter, Florida.
The last day of the Conference was a morning session which started with New Product Demonstrations. The Tablet PC interface was demonstrated as well as the web application for Real Estate and Personal Property.
We concluded the conference with a session on Database Administration. Next year we will make that the first topic covered, so all the IT people can enjoy the sun before they have to leave.
